I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease June 4th, 2008. After a week of depression and one good cry over all the bakeries I would miss, I bought some new gluten free supplies and vowed to bake amazing gluten free treats that tasted better then any bakery treats I've had.

I am a 24 year old Interior Design Assistant by Day, and a Gluten Free Cook at night.
